Tirme and the Fundació Deixalles have a collaboration agreement that has been developed since 2002, favoring the labor insertion of people in a situation or risk of social exclusion.

With this donation, Tirme will make it possible for 1 year for two people in vulnerable situations to receive an insertion scholarship and participate in the Pre-Work Itineraries Program. In the program, participants can improve their personal, transversal and work skills with the support of the monitoring team and social technical team. In this way, their chances of job placement are increased.

The donations of 1 Scholarship 1 opportunity are destined to finance the scholarships of insertion of the people participating in the project Pre-work itineraries. These people are in a situation of social exclusion and have diverse social problems, serious economic difficulties and few personal skills to access the labor market, which makes them have great difficulties for their labor insertion.

Through the different social and environmental workshops of the Foundation, activities related to the environment and participation in the community, participants recover their self-esteem, confidence and self-confidence, the ability to put order in their lives and the hope of a second chance that allows them to actively incorporate into society and the world of work.

In 2021, 209 people benefited from the pre-work itineraries project, of which 70% improved their social skills and work skills, and 22% managed to enter the workforce.

On many occasions, the Fundació Deixalles insertion scholarship is the only economic income that the person has, while completing their itinerary.
