Within the Commission created specifically for the negotiation of the Conciliation and Equality Plan, and derived from the joint work between the social representation and the company, the measures to be incorporated into the TIRME Conciliation and Equality Plan for the period 2025-2028 have been agreed. The final document has been approved by this Commission and officially registered.
The Negotiating Committee has carried out the diagnosis and analysed the contents of the plan, proposing the action measures to be deployed over the next four years to strengthen the reconciliation of family, personal and work life. The proposed measures aim to respond to the needs of workers and also to the needs of the company in order to pursue a constant improvement in productivity with a committed workforce.
